Shipping policy

South African orders:

  • We ship twice per week via Fastway, Aramex or Courier Guy store-to-door couriers. Please allow 2-3 days to main centres, and bit longer to outlying areas.
  • Certain dangerous items such as flammable glues will only be shipped economy via DSV couriers. Please allow 4-5 days for delivery.
  • Special-Order Items will ship separately, and shipping for these items will be billed separately to In-Stock items. If you have ordered a Special-Order Item, we will contact you once it is ready to dispatch.

International Orders:

  • We ship twice per week from South Africa via Fedex or UPS door-to-door couriers. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
  • Special-Order Items will ship separately, and shipping for these items will be billed separately to In-Stock items. If you have ordered a Special-Order Item, we will contact you once it is ready to dispatch.
  • Unfortunately we do not ship flammable liquids such as certain glues internationally.
  • We can not undervalue your orders.
Customs uses the value to clear your goods and determine the duties and taxes. We are required to declare the full value of items on the commercial invoice to ensure that your package arrives without troubles at customs.
Undervaluation of goods is taken very seriously by the authorities and can result in a fine ,your goods being seized and affect the reputation of our company. If the customs authorities question the value we’ve provided, they may ask you to provide proof of payment to compare values.
Also, if your packages are lost or damaged during transit, you will only be compensated based on the invoice value stated on the commercial invoice, and that's not good for us or for you, our valued customer.
  • Please note: You may be charged customs duties and tax when your parcel arrives in your country. Each country has different duty charges that are out of our control. That being said, archery equipment is classified as sports equipment, which is duty free in many countries. Please consider checking with your customs office about your duty charges before ordering.
