The bow was an essential element of the Conquest Mongol arsenal. The geometry of this Mariner design was inspired by the bow used by Kublai Khan in the famous Yuan Dynasty (1271--1368 AD) painting Kublai Khan on the Hunt, as well as by excavated bows dating to the period. It features a short working section and slightly forward-swept tips.Models are available in two options: Mariner Basic and Mariner Premium.
Basic Option:
The Mariner Basic option is laminated with a Chinese fiberglass, and the rider is made of bamboo. Comes with a 24 month warranty.
Premium Option:
The Mariner Premium option uses Bearpaw fiberglass and the riser is made of technowood, which is stronger and denser. Comes with a 36 month warranty.
